The stars I have given are 100% accurate. Never had an issue with the quality of the food, the inside of this facility is clean. Drive thru is the slowest at any dunkin ever. Nice staff usually but they just need to improve time getting items out puh leaaaase
When I received my "toasted dark" Item I expected to get what I paid for - not a rock. == I don't know why when they train the Duncan.Employees that they don't explain to them.The difference between a toaster and an oven.. One device toasts - in other words has direct Involvement with the heating element, so that just the surface is heated. All the staff need to be trained how to communicate with customers. Especially, those working the early morning shift that clearly don’t want to be at work. Giving a customer nonverbal queues to order or acting like they are not standing at the counter is not customer service.
