Great customer service!
I rarely get an ice cream cone, but once in a while I treat myself. Twice in the last three months or so that I have gotten a double scoop cone, I've been notified that they are out of Rocky Road (my favorite). This last time, they tell me after I already paid. To top it off, the waffle cone was limp, not crunchy. I didn't feel like going in and telling them, but I know I won't be back to this location. I guess I'll trek to the Rainbow Cone by Vollmer & Pulaski instead of spending nearly $8 just to be disappointed.
I ordered a sandwich breakfast. And I went up to the dunkin' donuts door in Homewood here and the doors were locked even though the lobby was supposed to be open at 4:00 a.m. in the morning. They do this a lot. So I had to walk to the window to get my order for what I ordered on the dunkin' donuts app. And I told them the doors were locked and I'm just here to get my food. And they looked at me like I was crazy. When the girl said well I'll open the door. But my food was right there I was in the window. If I just stood there... read more
