They took forever to do my milkshake. Then when I asked him what’s taking them so long they said I can fill out a report which is so disrespectful.
I used to come here almost every day on my way to work. But they took away the option to order less ice in my coffee, so I go to a different location and/or Starbucks now. I don’t like my drink getting watered down by ice, because it takes awhile for me to drink it. I understand the drink won’t be full to the top if I order less ice, and that’s completely fine. I saw flies on donuts , i told other customers in line b4 I walked out without ordering
I used to go to this place everyday. One morning I did not receive a donut and the next day I went back. The owners sister made it seem like I was trying to jip them out a donut. After that I told her I would never go back to there business again. Haven't been back since. My only question is have they even fixed the entry door. If not it has been broken for years. Don't disrespect loyal customers and act like your the only DD in town. Now 167th gets my business everyday. I am so mad I am making this post over a year later.
