Stale tasting donuts. Stopped in to use app points and was told by cashier ‘I have nothing to do with the app’ ended up paying full price for a nasty drink when I should have walked out and went to Scooters.
Gave me cold donuts and when I asked if they had fresh or warm donuts she responded with “they’re made fresh everyday but we do not warm them” like what? but the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was good
Dunkin in Glasgow has really stepped it up with customer service. It used to take as long as 20 minutes in the drive thru and now they are incredibly fast! Kudos to them!
