My experience? HORRIFIC. There were 4 very immature female staffers there & 1 young male. There was NO ONE in the store, 1 person at the drive thru. The females ignored me @ the counter as they giggled & hugged each other for a few mins. After finally getting their attention, I informed 1 that the bathroom was FILTHY & had no toilet paper. They laughed & talked among themselves then informed me there WAS no toilet paper. I asked where the employee bathroom was. This use to be a decent Dunking Doughnuts but it’s now absolutely trash. The staffing has changed and all respect is gone from this place. I never had so many orders screwed up… mixing up chi latte for matcha.. then had the nerve to give me a cold cup of I don’t know what, a sandwich half way cooked.. I use to like to come here but now either get a new team or SHUT THIS DUNKIN DOWN FOR GOOD!!! Better off going to the Dunkin by Walmart. It’s worth the trip and extra gas mileage.
What I ended up ordering was good service good just don't like that they regularly get rid of certain items and it unfortunately is usually the thing I prefer like can we please bring back the option for a ham egg and cheese
