I stopped by today with my girlfriend to grab two iced coffees and the promotional Dunkin’ glove. We ordered two drinks but were only given one glove, even though both of us were clearly there and purchased drinks. That was disappointing. What really stood out was the customer service. My girlfriend needed to use the restroom and asked politely for the key since it was locked. The staff responded with a rude and annoyed tone, as if it was a problem just to ask. Food is wrong every time! so frustrating with this location only.
Love this dunkin, always under staffed, but always a smile on their faces, they move as quickly as they can through orders, and the orders are always correct. The only comment is that the management should hire more people so the hard workers you have, have more support and dont want to leave!
