I ordered my usual coffee that I get at other locations with two pumps of caramel and one pump of banana and almond milk. What I got was a cup of coffee that tasted like water with a hint of coffee obviously no banana flavoring. So I had to go back which is always uncomfortable because then they whisper things in Giggle and whatever. Just to your job correctly for crying out loud.
I stopped by today with my girlfriend to grab two iced coffees and the promotional Dunkin’ glove. We ordered two drinks but were only given one glove, even though both of us were clearly there and purchased drinks. That was disappointing. What really stood out was the customer service. My girlfriend needed to use the restroom and asked politely for the key since it was locked. The staff responded with a rude and annoyed tone, as if it was a problem just to ask.
