All the staff need to be trained how to communicate with customers. Especially, those working the early morning shift that clearly don’t want to be at work. Giving a customer nonverbal queues to order or acting like they are not standing at the counter is not customer service.
They are nasty. They don’t change gloves when they’re angling food the same gloves what they take the money from they went to pick up the doughnut and hand to someone when I said you can’t do that. You turned to me and say I’m wearing gloves. It doesn’t matter what kind of placeon the money and food disgusting.
So they messed up my order and still get 5 stars. Thats what good customer service can do. I called last night to preorder 4 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of joe for a meeting. Needed 6:45am pick up. I walk in on time, and see right away from the look on their face, the night crew never told the morning crew. But the two team members asked for 10 minutes to pull it together, which they did with a smile, and got me on my way.
