I went into Dunkin sad but left happy. All because this man named Brian made my day. He made my order fast and with care he put heart into the food, he worked great. My food was great and delicious all thanks to Brian. He works hard and he cares for his job.
I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts last Sunday around 5 PM. An employee named Brian Melendez helped me. At first, my order was a little wrong, but Brian handled it in a really nice way. He stayed calm, listened, and made sure everything was fixed. He was respectful and kind, and I could tell he cares about his job. I left happy, and that means a lot. Great service like this is why I’ll keep coming back. Thank you, Brian!
