Has consistent problems with the speaker system along with not putting in the correct orders and having to fix the orders with staff. have had multiple problems reminding them that my order was not fully filled before they push me out of the drive thru. I paid for extra cream cheese on my bagel and received the smallest amount... Waste of money.. $4 for nothing.. and this time they didn't forget the expresso, but on more than four different occasions did they forget to add espresso to my drink ordered.
I honestly cannot stand the smell that just seems to linger in the air in this Dunkins. It smells like a lot of Incense and oil. Made my stomach turn. I only go to this Dunkins on Christmas due to It being the only one open and every year they mess up a very simple order..large Ice coffee with cream and sugar and I put the topping on.
