I think the management is racist. I know someone who had an interview they waited until the person showed up in person and was clean neat and dressed well, they asked to reschedule. No phone call to reschedule just waited in my opinion to see the person and decided they would put them off. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. The person was even prompt in time, not late. I just think Dunkin has deteriorated in their quality and their business model. I ordered two iced coffees. It was as if the staff didn’t know if they were working at the counter or the drive through. Went to the car and the lid kept popping off. Went back in to get a new lid. Waited, and waited at the counter with no one even acknowledging me. Finally a dude came close enough. Frustrated that I asked for help. Explained I just need a new lid.
