Waited 20 minutes in the drive for my mobile order. There seemed to only be 1 guy working and was taking walk in customers before even making our drinks. We watched multiple people walk in and leave with orders before us
Been waiting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes, I circled back around to see two staff members inside doing nothing. Back in the drive thru, no one would take my order. 01/18/26 5:20 pm.
