I ordered a cappuccino for five dollars and honestly it was disappointing. The drink tasted very diluted, mostly water and milk with barely any coffee flavor. For that price, I expect at least a basic, properly made cappuccino. I don’t go to this chain often, but I’ve had a cappuccino at another Dunkin’ location in Trinidad, Colorado, and it was actually really good. That’s why I stopped here, expecting something similar. The employees here are some of the RUDEST people I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. The employees are so miserable at this location and clearly like to take it out on the customers, absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Will not be back.
Disappointing experience. My husband placed a mobile order almost 2 hours before closing time. He arrives at the lobby door, and it is locked. He was trying to get one or more associates attention. He was mostly ignored and motioned to go to the drive thru. My husband then walks to the drive thru and continues to get attitude from one or more employees. Rude workers. Walked in an empty café and approached the register only to be met with a look of disdain and a loud and hateful "what you want!?". My single coffee I ordered was good but I'm definitely not going back to an unwelcoming atmosphere just to be greeted with disrespect and apathy.
I ordered a matcha plain with almond milk and was given something with cinnamon and a bunch of weird flavoring in it. I asked for it to get fixed and the woman behind the counter with 2 nose piercings was super rude and wouldn’t fix it. Have never been treated like this at a Dunkin’ Donuts, wouldn’t go back.
