Can never make anything right first time. Can't order off Uber because never make order right. Worst dunkin in Hicksville
Ordered a caramel craze iced latte and didn’t taste good. Barely had any caramel, forgot to put the wipe cream, and the milk seemed off. Staff needs to be more aware.
Coffee is not good they put too much sugar and don’t go over there 🙏🏻

I went to get the coffee at dunkin donuts on my way to work. someone took my order very friendly and made it quickly. but I noticed one lady was very rude with her staff I figured that is a manager. I see all the ladies doing their job very well and fast. The manager wasn't so happy with her staff.
