Went the other morning for one of their energy drinks, the cup was 90% ice and 10% liquid, you couldn’t even squish the cup, when i went back around and asked if this was normal, i was given attitude, the drink was remade with the correct amount of ice but staff was treating me like as if i made a mistake?
Forgot the hash browns
I asked for an ice coffee with oat milk and 3 pumps of hazelnut and was given hot coffee . I went back and I was only given ice coffee with oat milk
