Always Great Service, Hot Coffee… Thanks
Almost every time ive gone to get something for my fiance here they mess up the online order. I once came in and the girl who took my order, forgot it within 3 mins and then handed me two wrong orders that weren't mine..... I was the only customer inside and drive thru. I waited 10+ mins for two bagels as I watched the three girls just mess around. They cant even make bagels right here, always double check your order before you leave. If only management cared
Easily the worst Dunkin' around. The other reviews aren't lying. The staff is rude, entirely untrained, and incredibly slow. Every order is either wrong or badly made, and they completely ignore the phone if you try to call. Save yourself the frustration and stay away.
