This Dunkin sucks.. frequently out of Oatmilk and protein milk. They will take 1 order at a time so their window time looks great. I don’t think they have ever took my order right as I got to the speaker, I’m always told to wait and this is incredibly infuriating. And the employees aren’t that nice and they are just wearing whatever.. who runs this place? It’s a dump
Today is the second day in a row that I’ve been given the wrong order, I placed a mobile order so all they had to do was match my name to the bag. Girl in the window was not very friendly either. Find a different Dunkin or go across the street to Tim Hortons, I won’t be back to this location anytime soon Edit: 2 years after making this review and still no improvement unfortunately. I normally don't leave reviews let alone bad ones, but I need to say something. My mother went to this dunkin at 7am this morning to get a decaf coffee (she can't have caffeine because it makes her feel sick). She drank the coffee which the employee told her was decaf because that's what she ordered. But after she drank it, she felt energized at first. Don’t think they know how to cook food. All of it is barely cooked, almost raw. Got a bagel and it was just chewy dough. Extremely rude customer service too
Stood at the counter, 5 employees, could not get a person to wait on me. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. Could not even get a "hello" or "welcome in" or "I'll be right with you!" I walked out after 3-4 minutes. One employee was on the customer side of the counter talking to the other employees. I assumed maybe she was break but not a good look!
