After waiting 7 minutes with nobody in the drive thru maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. So I order and said can I get a iced vanilla coffee ICED she repeated it back I pull forward I wait another 5-6 minutes at the window she opens it and said here you go proceed to hand me a frozen coffee. I said that’s not what I ordered I she said yes it is in a snarky tone I said i ordered iced not frozen she snapped back and said well you should have specified. They refused to remake my coffee after I paid
This Dunkin sucks.. frequently out of Oatmilk and protein milk. They will take 1 order at a time so their window time looks great. I don’t think they have ever took my order right as I got to the speaker, I’m always told to wait and this is incredibly infuriating. And the employees aren’t that nice and they are just wearing whatever.. who runs this place? It’s a dump
Today is the second day in a row that I’ve been given the wrong order, I placed a mobile order so all they had to do was match my name to the bag. Girl in the window was not very friendly either. Find a different Dunkin or go across the street to Tim Hortons, I won’t be back to this location anytime soon Edit: 2 years after making this review and still no improvement unfortunately. Whoever does their stock order clearly doesn’t care. They’re always out of something, cups, straws, they’ve been out of oat milk for over a week.... read more
