I use to come here everyday…. I now go to the 24hour Dunkin on commercial that’s 24hours…. Even though I live in the neighborhood of the Davie location. I’ve noticed a lot of new management and sorry to say it’s gotten way worse… at least the old management team was super friendly and they knew my order as soon as they hear my voice. (Makes you feel valued) this new team I gotta repeat my order 1000 times and they still get it wrong.. oh and the lines are ridiculous now.. Come on it’s coffee, donuts and sandwiches.

Wow! with all of the customer service that I do have and with me being a former manager to Dunkin’ Donuts, I experienced something at Dunkin’ Donuts. That is enough to push a person overboard. Came to this location for the 1st time in years and ordered a medium hot coffee xtra sugar and steamed and when I arrived at the window Christine she said her name have a nasty attitude because I stated I want my coffee steamed she proceeds to keep talking back and forth and Jabrina great attitude just in and remade my coffee which I thanked her. Rude, go somewhere else instead. Also the coffee is consistently burned to a crisp tastes like burnt plastic
