i've been coming here for a year because it's the closest to me, but I just can't do it anymore. This is the only Dunkin' Donuts where nobody wears a hairnet. Some people don't even wear hats and even the guy that makes the food doesn't cover his beard. I've had food safety training, and these people break all the rules. Then when I order egg sandwiches, sometimes they put multiple wraps in one bag even though it's for different people or they'll burn the cheese and they constantly ask you to move up and wait for your food. ... read more

I’m here at least once a week… with the same order. Maybe just a different flavor of my coffee and somehow every time it's wrong. I end up leaving with an order that’s not right nearly every time. I shouldn’t have to wait every time I’m there for them to keep trying to “fix” an order for it to still be wrong.
