Given the wrong drink, ordered Iced dunklatte, was given an Iced coffee instead. Knew instantly when I sipped up all the granulated sugar from the bottom. Have ordered dunkalattes consistently for the past month and have never had one with sugar on the bottom
Always get my order rite and most importantly friendly customer service
The donuts were terrible. Stopped here at 10pm and the donuts were really small and chewy. Really bad
I normally go to this dunkin because it’s the only 24 hours dunkin close to Hartford. This morning - whoever the kid is in the drive thru - it’s clear he does not - care about his job. Service was so bad I decided to skip my morning coffee and start my day without it and here I am writing a review at 3:43am. The normal third shift crew is way better.
