I frequent this location, there's usually a really nice person at the window. Whoever they had working the window today was rude. Not everybody should be at the window in a customer facing position.
The workers cannot get an order straight for 3 days straight! All I ordered was a coffee and they apparently cannot even input the information incorrectly into the computer as I dictate it to them. Most of the time the workers are also very rude and act as if you are bothering them. Am I taking your precious TicTok scrolling time away from you by coming here? my stuff was frozen solid
the staff are usually pretty nice . But something has to give with how the latte pod inserts are cleaned , maybe try rinsing before use . i had to stop getting latte’s at this location specifically .because its always tasting bitter & has grinds. she remade it . by the time i got to work the grinds sanked to the bottom . smh sucks i love a good latte ig ill stick to hot coffee smh
