I asked for a small black coffee which was fine . I clearly said I want one grain bagel with cream cheese and plain croissant with butter . But I didn’t get the cream cheese with bagel, they gave me butter into also Instead . There is big difference between cream cheese and butter . Please get your speaker fixed and tell your employees to listen very carefully

Ordered the $6 wrap meal in the app. I wanted a croissant sandwich but it's not part of the $6 meal. Never had the wrap before and it was actually pretty good. Tried the bacon one and the hashbrown one. The aioli sauce was a nice touch. For fast food, it was a filling breakfast with my iced coffee.

I went there today . I said small black coffee on speaker , a guy understood as a large coffee but I repeat myself at least 3 time small small small but still he gave a large one . May be you have issues with your speaker . Please get it checked

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin. We ordered a large coffee with 3 creams and sugar. The drive-thru was completely empty, and there were hardly any customers in the store, so there was no reason for our order to be rushed or made incorrectly. When we started drinking the coffee after leaving, we realized it had no cream or sugar at all. Since we were already on our way, we had to turn around and drive back just to get it fixed.
