I give up on all the other Dunkin’ Donuts around Rochester! This is the ONLY store that can get my order accurate and treat me like I am always welcomed! Staff is ALWAYS friendly towards me! They don’t burn my food and always get my drink correct and never tastes bad! Keep up the amazing work guys! You’ll be seeing me a lot more!!
I stop here a couple times a month when in town. Usually very good experience. Did a mobile order this time, was ready when I walked in. However, 5 miles down the road I notice my donuts frosting was 50% on top of box. Just a suggestion, bags are always better.
I don’t know about you but I like my bacon cooked and my cheese melted and maybe even a toasted bagel on a breakfast sandwich. If you prefer cold bagels and eggs, raw bacon, and cold cheese, this is your spot. Let’s not forget the disgusting iced coffee that’s clearly been sitting around since they opened. Congratulations on sucking every time at least for your sake there’s no other place to eat but a gas station on this road.
