Place was clearly disorganized. at 9:50 Am we placed our order and at 10:18 we received it. We watched an order get replaced in whole as part of an error and i had requested a refund before my order was suddenly magically ready. Never returning. They clearly did not have enough seating for how busy they got. The hashbrowns were really soggy, and the breakfast sandwiches were nothing to write home about. By the time we received our food it wasnt even hot. it was lukewarm at best.
Ordered 5 donuts. They stacked them in a small bag like a tower, frostings got stuck between each mixed up. We all know they lost their quality a while ago, but now they also lost their service?
5 minutes ago I went to buy a matcha I got to my apartment to drink it and in 2 drinks under the drink is more ice than matcha how disappointed I am
