Service is god-awful. I purposely order ahead at least 15 min in advance in hopes that MAYBE my coffee will be ready by the time I get there. It never is. I end up waiting another 10 minutes and usually 5 of that is at the counter hoping that 1 of the 3 employees there will acknowledge the customers existence. I have never seen so much energy spent on actively trying to ignore the customer.

The guy at the window handed me my 3 individual orders in approx 2 min. intervals, saying "have a good day each time" Couldn't tell if he was high or completely incompetent tbh. Food and drinks were fine, considering the drinks were what they were, and a bit hard to mess up an English muffin toasted with butter.
