Michael was great. He was very knowledgeable and so friendly. You're lucky to have him as an employee.
The machines to make espresso and food are always broken. You will be waiting forever in the line so make time for that too.
I love dd. Everything is order my drink is spot on. Well, 95 percent of the time.
Service is god-awful. I purposely order ahead at least 15 min in advance in hopes that MAYBE my coffee will be ready by the time I get there. It never is. I end up waiting another 10 minutes and usually 5 of that is at the counter hoping that 1 of the 3 employees there will acknowledge the customers existence. I have never seen so much energy spent on actively trying to ignore the customer.
