10 mins for a medium black coffee?! Customer service at this location is worse than the metro location and that one is pretty bad. I finally walked over to Williams-Sonoma and purchased a Delonghi☕️ Later Dunkin
This location is a disaster. Snail slow, and they prefer customers order from a tablet rather than a cashier. After waiting 15 minutes for an iced latte they made it incorrectly.
