A very bad attitude employee .
I live nearby and this dunkin has become a staple for me, seeing some of the same staff with a smile on their faces and being greeted is just such a nice feeling, especially as a customer service worker myself, I know how hard these people work and I truly feel it when I come in! Huge shoutout to the morning staff!
Placed my order around 5:10 am went to pick it up around 5:20 am, store was closed, people were outside and nobody showed up, i had to leave for work but its unacceptable how irresponsible employees can be, this is money and time people are wasting, they are getting paid to do the job and to serve us its not like its a free thing, hate to be one of those people leaving a bad review or a review in general but you cannot be playing with people’s money and time like this!
Very nice service
