This morning, I decided to give Dunkin’ Donuts in Bethesda a try, even though I usually only stop by Dunkin’ in airports out of convenience. I was craving an English breakfast sandwich to take home, but I ended up leaving without ordering, all because of the shocking customer service I witnessed. When I walked in, a woman was ordering ahead of me, and she politely asked the cashier if they could remove the bacon from her sandwich, explaining that it didn’t suit her.
