This location is a disaster. Snail slow, and they prefer customers order from a tablet rather than a cashier. After waiting 15 minutes for an iced latte they made it incorrectly.
Excellent place
I came into your store on Elm street in Bethesda today. I asked for a cup of water. I was charged $1.00. Someone else went in about 5 minutes after me and his was free. The employee didn't tell me they had certain cups that were free. I feel as though that was wrong and that he just wanted to get my money even though it was just one dollar It's not about the dollar, it's the principle
