Got there approx at approx 6:10. . 1 vehicle infront of me waiting to order their items. Order was taken for them and I proceeded to go up to speaker to order my coffee. Young lady said it would be a minute. Approx 10 minutes later she took my order 1 xtra large caramel hot coffee. Drove up and waited behind the car that had ordered just before me. Disorganized group of employees needing training and support is lacking. I guess employees come and go so service is hit or really miss.
Waited for 5 minutes at the register. None of the employees would make eyecontact. Ended up putting in a mobile order for a mediocre coffee and a stale donut
