My husband and I went there yesterday morning. The staff was horrible as they were more concerned about chatting with each other than taking care of customers. Our order was wrong and when we told them, they had a major attitude. It was a terrible experience and I don’t think we’ll be going back again. Also the radio was very loud.

Last two times I’ve gone to this one I’ve gone through the drive through. First time I sat there for 5 minutes before having to go inside to order from a staff that doesn’t pay any attention… today I went through the drive through. Ordered a sandwich and a coffee. Changed the order slightly, when I got my order I was charged almost 17 dollars for a coffee and what I thought was one sandwich. They handed me a bag with two sandwiches. Every time I go to this Dunkin’s they are the absolute worst. I would avoid going to this location every time for anyone giving it a try. The service is extremely rude, every single time there is one female worker who is so nasty and extremely rude. It isn’t too hard to take orders and be polite, it’s your job… if you can’t do that find another one.
