I don’t even know what’s in my drink fr. how you gonna get bagel crumbs, boogers?, and napkin in a refresher.
They never use gloves here didn’t see anyone wash their hands the environment is nasty it looks like they don’t clean it at all. They will get maybe 25% of your order right, if that. Always way too much or not enough of something, always forget stuff, etc. Corporate needs to get this place under control!
The hot chocolate sucks here!!!!!! This is the 3rd time I have gotten it at this location and it's awful since the employees have to hand make it. Every other location it's great. I always get it for my daughter and me. Please fix this. I hate to drive an extra 10 minutes to another location and will change review.
I used to work at dunkin donuts (not a great job) but I actually cared about the food and drinks I was making for people/ the quality. I've kept giving this location and the dunkins near the common man a chance but they always mix up or mess up my order, usually I'll just just a iced latte with 2 flavors. They always put like 1 shot each instead of the 3 / 3 ratio like your supposed too, or they dont/ barely add the espresso, always tastes like just milk.
