Team very good!
This is the second time I’ve had a problem with this employee. When I ordered a strawberry filling donut, he gave me a strawberry frosted one instead. Rather than correcting the mistake, he became argumentative and arrogant. If someone can’t listen to customers or handle basic service requests, they shouldn’t be working in customer service.
Bad customer service. Never going back there again.
