Every time you ask for light ice, they still fill the entire cup up with ice, then when you order it, when you ask for an iced matcha latte, or anything iced, they'll ask do you want it hot or iced when you literally say iced. They'll do the same thing when you say hot coffee they'll say do you want it iced or hot. It's not rocket science especially when you specify what one you want.
9 out of 10 times good is not food or order is messed up unfortunate. Service has improved but sometimes there is a language barrier which creates issues with orders. Donuts often stale and frozen food has a freezer taste. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was about a tsp of cream cheese on the bagel. Usually leave feeling very frustrated
It doesn’t matter if you do traditional drive-thru, mobile order with drive-thru pickup or in store pickup, or order at the counter inside, this Dunkin’ takes foreverrrrrrr. The workers have never been particularly rude, but if you have a customer waiting for over 30 minutes for a mobile order that was placed well before they got to the store, you should proactively apologize for the delay.
