Friendly staff always good at Dunkin
I’ve lived near the Palm Harbor East Lake Road Dunkin’ store for four years since moving from Orlando. Each time I go to this location, I’m greeted by friendly staff who quickly process my order. The issue is that the donuts, routinely, are stale and hard. It’s clear to me that Dunkin’ must bring in donuts from other locations to this store and they sit in the rack for days. My go too Dunkin. Always so welcoming to me and my kids, love the staff and quality of drinks + food!
I came here to get a snack and a drink while my daughter was getting her hair done at the salon next door. The two employees acted like I was the first customer they had ever had. Obviously the man at the register was in training, which was fine. However, the woman training him didn't seem to know anymore than he did. There were items I was not charged for, there were items that I was charged for and not given, they tried to give me the "Display croissant" instead of an actual food croissaint.
