Man that took my order was rude said that I couldn’t alternate my drink because of one change, told him I always order it like that and there’s never a problem. He gave it to me but with an attitude. Won’t come here again. Waste of money because it didn’t even taste good, seem like he did it poorly on purpose.
Terrible place and rude attitude
very poor service didn't get what I wanted actually and manager behavior was rude towards customer. very poor service don't recommend people to use dunkin at Roosevelt field mall
I visit this location for coffee and donuts the lady with black long hair was nasty I was waiting at the counter no one there so I ask her for help she refuse taking a man she was friends with that walked in behind me please tell your workers all money is good treat all customers with respect
Employees are way too rude…not hospitable at all..
