There's like 4 dunkins in town and this is by far the worst, pretty sure it's just for looks. There's never a line (for a reason), but recently the standalone dunkin 500ft down the road closed for renovations so people have been trying the drive thru. I just watched 2 other cars order and leave because of egrigious wait times. I get it if the place is understaffed but if I'm waiting upwards of 10 minutes for a bagel, I'd leave too, especially when the employees seem to vanish indefinitely after putting in an order. 5 Stars for the Warrior I stopped by on June 4, 2026, around 4:05 PM to pick up a mobile order. The store was busy, customers were frustrated, and some were even leaving because of the wait. What most people didn't seem to notice was that there was only one employee handling both the front counter and the drive-thru. I stood there for couple minutes watching her work. They always make my coffee as ordered. Need I say more?
Lee is the manager, every time I go there I see her working hard, to me that speaks volumes. Most managers hide in their offices and let the worker bees do the work. They always make my coffee correctly. I make the mistake this morning of going to a DD near my house because I was in a hurry , the girl did acknowledge that I was in line, but walked away and someone else was standing there and didn't offer to help so I walked out.No coffee for me today.
