Staff is rude. Talked about manager ignoring their request to not work after 1pm. Ignored us and didn’t say they will be with us in a minute. However when we walked out they had the time to scream “have a nice day” very sarcastically. Young, rude and entitled.
This Dunkin' actually makes strong drinks and doesn't water them down like other Dunkin's. The service is great except on Fridays. On Fridays they're usually mad slow and don't know what they're doing.
Ordered to go - stopped in with girlfriend. Employees ignored everyone while shouting and audibly swearing about how irritating it is to do food orders… at a fast food spot. Threw our food on the counter with no label, no “here you go” to the point it half fell off the counter. Not to mention the fact they were blaring music inside that was about sex and incredibly explicit while there were children eating their food. Most trashy Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. Never again.
Go to pick up a DoorDash order, ignored by 4 staff while two aren’t attending anyone. One staff eventually asks me if I’m waiting for an order which I tell them I am a they said it would be done shortly. Wait another 5-7 minutes just for them to add a donut to the order I was waiting for. They rather get everyone else out of the way first while DoorDash customer already paid for their order and this impacts my time making money. If you can’t handle DoorDash orders you shouldn’t take them as it’s impacting other people’s pay.... read more
