I went in to get a decaf coffee and some munchkins. The left over munchkins were on racks with no papers. There were hardly any left to choose from and my coffee was cold. The gentleman remade my coffee, but he must not have waited for it to completely brew because when I tasted it, it was sour! Dunkin really needs to get their act together or they are going to keep losing customers!

Rude employees, on phone and talks rudely to customers
This is the best dunks location the manager here is great she always has a smile even when she's the only one working with a line at the counter and on the go orders coming in she works very hard yet maintains her great attitude !
