Very disappointing experience. The sign on the door says this Dunkin closes at 9:00 PM, so I came expecting to be able to go inside. When I arrived at 7:00 PM, the doors were locked. The employees told me that the drive-thru stays open until 9:00 PM, but the dining area closes at 7:00 PM. If that's the case, there should be a separate sign clearly stating that the dining room closes at 7:00 PM and the drive-thru closes at 9:00 PM. Customers shouldn't have to guess or find out after they arrive.
I went through the drive thru so can't comment on things inside.
