Manager is amazing & their first shift is also amazing. I am always there & they always make my order perfect & always so welcoming. 10/10 would still go every day
Didn’t realize ordering a mocha came with a side of attitude. I was just confused about how they make it. A 10-second explanation would’ve been a lot easier than the condescending comments.
Very disappointing experience. The sign on the door says this Dunkin closes at 9:00 PM, so I came expecting to be able to go inside. When I arrived at 7:00 PM, the doors were locked. The employees told me that the drive-thru stays open until 9:00 PM, but the dining area closes at 7:00 PM. If that's the case, there should be a separate sign clearly stating that the dining room closes at 7:00 PM and the drive-thru closes at 9:00 PM. Customers shouldn't have to guess or find out after they arrive.
