I have been a daily customer at this Dunkin’ location with my husband and kids, spending around $20 each morning, and unfortunately, our experience has become consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently incorrect, staff can be rude, and on multiple occasions, we’ve had serious hygiene issues, including hair in drinks. This morning (around 7:20 a.m.), my coffee was made wrong again, and my husband found hair in his drink. Love going every week they are always fast and happy to see me when I walk in the door
They are very nice at the window. I'm so grateful they are in town. My daughter and I probably go. At least once a day.
