Got the six dollar deal. Received a medium iced coffee after asking for a cup of coffee with a little creamer. Then, they dumped the ice out and gave it back to me. I said this is the third time I just asked for a cup of coffee. They explained to me that I have to order my coffee with or without ice. My question is, why do they default to with ice. Very nice employees, and they always get my order correct!!! The food is FRESH! The employees are so friendly!!!! The drive thru line goes out to the street most of the time. But don't let that agravate you! The line moves fast!!! These employees work very hard and are so polite!!! I never had a problem! Inside is very clean and has some seating. I love my Dunkin here in Mt. Holly. I stop by almost every morning and am greeted by friendly staff. They typically have my mobile order ready to go by the time I arrive. My order is almost always correct & fresh.
I get to the drive thru at 10:00am no one was there, I order my drink and then I’m asked to pull around to the back to wait for my drink instead of getting it at the window, I get my drink at 10:21am after multiple people BEHIND me get their food AND drink before me. I waited 20 minutes for a black iced coffee, while no one was ahead of me in line… I’ve worked in the food service industry for 4 years so I’m very understanding when it comes to being busy, but this was just insane considering there was no one ahead of me.
