It ain't what it used to be. Used to be simple good coffee and a tasty donut served with a smile. Now it's none of those things. Mostly very young adults working there who seem pretty stressed out. Waited 7 minutes, after ordering, for a cup of coffee. It wasn't a fancy coffee, just regular with cream. I was in the store, not the drive thru. With staff that young, I blame management on the service issues.
Let's be clear, I applied here several times and I'm 48 years old with years of fast food experience and the manager Amanda wouldn't hire me, she would rather hire inexperienced young kids who are rude as hell and on top of that she lied and said I was hired and she'd call me but never did... There food and coffee is gross and the staff dresses totally inappropriate, I don't even want to work at this store after seeing what's hired working there, and they don't make there doughnuts, there shipped in early in the morning by 5... read more
The girl was cursing and yelling about how she explicitly didn't care if she got fired the whole time I waited for my order. Not a pleasant experience.
