If I can give no stars I will! I ordered mobile and still waited for 11 minutes. I ordered a large they made x-large. The young lady argued that the cup given to me was not an x-large. I drinking Dunkin once daily. Hot/large cup I can identify. Get home with the coffee just to find this. Very disappointed and disgusted! Hair in my coffee 🤮
Literally the worst Dunkin. You can be the only one in line and it still takes 15 minutes to get your order. I've tried going different days and its all the same. They don't use gloves and they are very unprofessional. They don't make the drinks properly and always forget to give straws. There were a few high school age kids that worked there months ago who were amazing but my guess is they found a better Dunkin to work.
Horrible service, at least 5 workers standing by drive thru talking while I sat and waited (6 mins) for them tot take my order at counter, I physically had to walk down and ask if anyone was working the register.... Avoid at all costs if possible!
I hate leaving bad reviews but I have now waited several times at this Dunkin for 20+ minutes for a black iced coffee and only a couple other people in the drive thru. The service is so slow for no clear reason, and the employees act like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for your order.
The severice sucked all the employees standing talking nobody offered to come take my order I sat waiting for my order for 15 minutes and it wasn’t even busy never again will I ever go to this Dunkin again
