Waited at the drive thru for 30 minutes just to order a coffee. I had two cars ahead of me then when was at the speaker after about 15 minutes. Person said "be with you in a minute" after 15 minutes I said hello and again they said "sorry just a minute". Either close the drive up or tell people it will be a 30 minute wait. Ended up leaving without even ordering. Ridiculous!
Drive thru is always at least 20+ minutes. Don’t order online cause there’s above 50% chance you won’t get your food at all and you’ll have to reach out to customer service for a refund. You can’t park to go in because the drive thru line blocks the parking lot. Have been almost hit many times by people trying to pull out of the parking lot while the people in the drive thru line struggle to move out of the way. The wait time is over 30 mins every time I go. And that's when they are fully staffed.
Stuck in the drive thru 50 minutes just to maketo pick up a mobile order is unacceptable.
