went into get a boston cream donut and small iced coffee this morning two ladies at the front end, the one doing coffees said be with you in a moment the other one looked, but never helped me the gentleman running. Wow this is the worst Dunkins ever. Takes forever for even the simplest order- Im talking like 45mins when there are only two, single order people in front of me. Zootopia sloth puts this service tk shame
I wish I could put 0 stars for the drive thru tbh. As im typing this im still sitting in line after 25 minutes. If they dont have enough staff shut the drive thru down this is dumb. Always 15 minutes or longer
Came by here Sunday and sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes just to order. They were only allowing one car thru the line at a time the line built up behind me till it was out on the street. When we pulled up to the window we proceeded to wait for 2 lattes a toasted bagle with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich for another 20 minutes we see the person working the hot line put a bag in the window.
