Waited at the window for over 2 minutes. repeatedly said “hello, anyone there” finally drove up to the window because I thought maybe there head set was broken. See that there’s someone getting food. Better than some
I have been here twice now using Dunkin's mobile order. Both times, I waited an additional 30-45 minutes for the order I had already paid for. If there were a way to cancel an order, I would have. The second time I went, I was in the drive-through. After being told to drive up to the window, I then sat at the window for over 30 minutes. I could see my coffee sitting on the counter but didn't have a way to pull out of the drive-through to go inside. I ended up needing to literally knock on the window.
