this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. We waited over 30 minutes for our order after placing it. It seemed like there were all new staff members, and frankly, they were incredibly incompetent. The service was unbelievably slow and inefficient. I won't be purchasing anything from this Dunkin' for a while.
Poorly managed since the day it was opened. The staff is not well trained and most times my order is slow and/or wrong. I avoid this location even though it is the convenient for me.
