It was a horrible experience due to the quality of plastic cups and covers loose soft do not close the coffee cup properly .which caused me to ruin my new pair of jeans the iced coffee came open dumped all over my pants it was a big mess, no help from the Dunkin donuts staff it was not their fault ,dunkin' donuts should step up on quality there charge way too much money for coffee 7 times more than gasoline it is ridiculous expensive and the quality of cups are horrible ,time to move to Starbucks

Understaffed and incompetent. They walk away from one task to do another. Including the cashier. Who allowed my transaction to timeout m, and then let me stand there for 15 minutes like a fool for a sandwich not coming. Then announces to the room it was my fault my card didn’t go through. So I ordered again. He stood there to do his job. And boom the card went through. Go figure. Stay away from this location. Especially before work, after work, or during school vacation. They simply can’t handle it
