I go here every morning because it is on my way to work. Every morning is between a 10 to 30 minute wait and most the times I get there the place is empty. The staff walks by you with no greeting or even a "I'll be with you in a minute." This place is always dirty and unclean and I have stopped ordering any food products here. The bathrooms are nasty and it does not look like they have been cleaned in months.
I went in there, and there was only one person who actually seemed to have the ambition to work. I was just trying to enjoy my coffee, but all I could hear was this woman being mean and nasty to her employees, with very poor customer service. Her name tag said Brenda.
