On Jan 10, I placed a mobile order for Coffee and munchkin's @ 6:34pm. When I arrived at the store, at 642pm I went thru the drive thru to say I was there for pickup. No one came to the window for 1.5 minutes and when she did, I asked where my order was, she stated we are working on it. She walked off then came back when I blew (it was taken a while) I asked her what the point was is of using the mobile app If I have to wait for my coffee. She stated oh we like to make it fresh.
