Usually I have no complaints from the 2203 Plank Road location however today I had a very simple order (2 sprinkle donuts and a hot chocolate). This is the first time I have ever been slightly nauseous when getting my food (which was incorrect) from a guy att he window who reaked of pot. I don't care what you do in your own home however I don't like the smell and don't feel I should be subjected to the smell when I want to eat.
FYI — the friendly and welcoming smiles from Yvonne and Jason will truly be missed on my way to work. For almost two years, I went out of my way just to be greeted by them. In a world where genuine customer service is becoming rare, the owner, Sam, should be ashamed to have let them go.
