NICK is VERY Rude and unprofessional…11/20 I ordered snackn bacon 🥓 I assumed it came hot, due to the fact I’ve never had it cold 🥶 before. I asked .. is this suppose to be hot? Very loud music. Lisa waited on me. I ordered 3 bacon snacks and was told I could get two. I looked puzzled. Then the girl said I can make you another but it will be hot. Ok? Why would they be a problem? I am a long time Dunkin customer and used to ordering on the app. So usually my order comes right to be. While ordering my ice latte I asked to add a shot of espresso and almond milk. Not sure why she acted like that was an issue. But she did.
