Coffees were hot, not burnt, and made right. Area was very clean. Cashiers was pleasant and double checked order. Bathrooms were clean.
I am submitting this message as a formal complaint regarding the conduct of one of your employees at your establishment. During multiple visits, I have been addressed with terms such as “honey,” “sweetie,” and similar pet names. I want to make it explicitly clear that I find these remarks unwelcome, unprofessional, and inappropriate in a customer-service setting. The short young lady with the tattoos on her arm with the black hair has a very nasty attitude I don't know if she's dealing with something from home or a customer got to her before I did plus she made my whole order wrong You can barely see the labels so it's me trying to be courteous to ask her was that coffee mine because the printer didn't print the label on the sticker correctly she got smart with me when I was just trying to be considerate Make sure I didn't take someone coffee or touching someone coffee that wasn't mi... read more
