This place is genuinely drowning as the years go by my pregnant sister was so excited to try the new valentines menu and the boy with the pony tail taking our order was extremely rude then started saying they were sold out of various items responding with a snarky tone I understand people have bad days but it’s not okay to speak to someone like that even if you have something going on it was strait up rude so we then left and went to the Main Street Dunkin with way better service.
Kim and the staff here are great! Everyone is so kind, and service is always quick. This Dunkin consistently does a great job.
