I don't eat here just get coffee
This location must be selling ice. Every time I select less ice in the order, it’s overflowing when I pick it up. $8 for what amounts to a quarter cup of coffee is not exactly a value.
I’m really concerned about the current situation at this Dunkin’. It seems like the employees aren’t happy and aren’t providing the any customer service whatsoever. They don’t greet customers, can’t ask what they’d like to order, and seem to treat customers as if they’re inconveniences. It looks like the owners might not be fully invested in their staff, which is leading to subpar service and products. Hassan’s service was incredibly poor. He couldn’t even greet any customers or thank them. He walked away when we wanted to pay cash. He slammed and dropped metal items incredibly loudly, acting like he didn’t care. We won’t be returning to this Dunkin because of the poor customer service provided by employees.
