I usually order ahead, and my order is always ready and always correct. Plus the staff is super friendly.
I usually don’t post poor reviews - but this was the worst service I have ever received at Dunkin. I ordered hazelnut cappuccino, glazed donut, and two egg cheese wake up wraps. Only thing they got right was the donut. Got a black coffee filled all the way to the top - no room for cream or anything else. The wraps they started making a bacon egg cheese sandwich- had to correct them before they finished making it. I was the only person in the store and all 5 people behind the counter were confused.
