I’m a frequent Dunkin' customer, as I travel for work and stop by whenever I see one on the road. I’ve been visiting this location for a while, and I can usually tell when a new hire is being trained. On Thursday morning, a young woman wearing glasses and a long skirt (the best way I can describe her) took my order. She mentioned she was still in training and didn’t know the system completely yet. This Medway Summer Street location has cruellers almost all day!! Never mind their coffee is always fresh and never old or bitter. And the service is phenomenal. Hope that you are greeted by Cassondra, she's the best and genuinely cares about your order! 🩵💜🩷 Caleb is also a wonderful team member at this location where he helps make everything run smoothly with great communication to his other employees, priceless quality. 🤌🏼☕
They’ve done a good job keeping up with this Dunkin and the staff, while not giddy, are very nice
