Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted with “thank you for choosing Dunkin.” I assumed that meant they needed a moment before the next order, so I spent approximately 15 seconds perusing the menu before the woman intentionally rudely and sarcastically said “thank you for choosing Dunkin.” What happened to “what can I get for you?” or “order whenever you’re ready.” I was taken aback. And then to ask me for a tip??

Waited in line on the inside for 15 minutes. Employee at the drive thru got frustrated. Started yelling at the other girl trying to take orders. Told her to stop taking inside orders and send everyone out and lock the doors. Drive thru orders only. Poorly managed!

I did a mobile order for a drink with pink foam. Went to pick it up and I had white foam. I sat in the drive thru waiting on the lady to come back to the window but she never came. So I drove around to go inside but seen a worker outside. I asked him if they were out of pink foam and initially he said he didn’t know what I was talking about then I explained further. He said drive around. He seemed so frustrated thar he had to get up and fix my drink. Once I got to the window he sprayed the pink foam on top of the white foam.... read more

Sincerely rude and unfriendly. Threatened to call security and throw me out after sitting in a booth for 2 minutes before I ordered. After being afraid for my safety, I packed up and left. On my way out, she yelled after me "yes you leave!" (My daughter is in the hospital which has spotty wifi. I was just trying to make sure my laptop connected to wifi before I stayed. It didn't, by the way.) Don't give them your business. This dunkin should be taken off the map.
