I did an online order, set the time for 12 PM, and showed up at 12:13 to pick it up at the drive thru. The drive thru worker handed this drink to me like nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. The drinks strawberry cream was wrinkly, dried out and fading from the top, there were 3-ish inches of nothing in my cup, and the matcha was completely settled at the bottom. This location used to be my favorite but it's been getting worse over time. This really takes the cake and is just totally unacceptable. I won't be back.
