My wife typically orders their $6 meal deal. She had to place her coffee order 3 times at the drive thru. Of course, the order was taken wrong. We got to the window and had 2 have it remade 2 more time before they got it right. We tied up the drive thru unnecessarily and it was very frustrating.
Kiera was amazing. She showed to work only having use of one hand and did her job with a smile and great attitude! She deserves a raise!

This morning coming from customer service background they had several working the drive through only when they had customers in line this happen 1040 am on a Sunday I notice drive through was getting all the attention not customer inside them all of sudden I asked the older nice couple they been waiting on they said no they said they been there awhile this needs to be brought up and be address I get there be 4 to 5 workers on drive through not enough on inside customer service there nice at the moment waiting in seeing older... read more
