Dunkin Donuts Is Aware Of Their Faulty Cup Design. The cup rim flattens out when they put the lids on causing the lids to pop off. My husband got a significant burn due to the lid popping off. The staff are aware of this issue which means Dunkin Donuts is aware of the issue and are ok with customers having the risk of being burned. This Dunkin and and another in Downingtown both had employees agree that the cups are a problem. What is Dunkin Donuts doing to remedy the issue? the staff is unfortunately very, very mean. after bad service at the window, we went in for forgotten product. the employee THREW the food at my mother’s head. please pass this place if you can.
