The people here are consistently rude. They dont stir the drinks either so the syrup sits on the bottom.
This Dunkin sucks. They always mess up my order. Drinks are never made with ingredients they are supposed to have. I’ve gotten handed the wrong order many times.
Update - service has gotten progressively worse. I waited in the drive thru this morning for 25 minutes. I would have left, but couldn't get out of the line. I ended up not ordering and just pulling through and leaving as soon as I was able. This Dunkin' is my stop every morning on my way to work. I don't even remember my own order anymore because when I pull up to the drive thru they already have it in! My tea is always made perfectly and the food is always fresh and warm.
