Coffee was horrible. Sorry I stopped.
I have somewhat frequent issues with drinks or food here. The food is often cold but I’ve had less issues with drink orders. The staff is friendly. Today I received a wake up wrap COVERED in the chipotle sauce. After scraping it off it still wasn’t edible. Don’t know how anyone thought it was acceptable to serve.
I’m not one to leave negative review, but I’ve been a regular customer for the last year. The people who work at this Dunkin’ Donuts (by crops) are the absolute rudest. I finally asked the one guy, “why are you being so rude?” And he yelled at me through the speaker and told me to leave the line (which is impossible unless I jump the curb). I will go to any other Dunkin in the area whenever possible and always get good service at the other 3 in my area. This one on 322 is my VERY last case resort. Food was a combination of overcooked and undercooked (burned cheese and barely tosted bread. Macha was only filled 85% of the cup. Staff is nice but does not seem to care about doing a top notch job.
