Lately this location on Arlington in Greenville NC has been very disappointing. I have to settle for whatever. Have to get ice coffee because the expresso machine is down . They are out of specialty milks. They are out of caramel. I have made it my business to go a few days back to back, and it didn't fail.. They were out of something. You can tell when certain ppl make your coffee, everyone should be trained to make it the same way. Takeisha is the absolute best! She makes my day brighter every time I see her and always treats everyone with such a kind heart and excellent service. I have been to this location almost every week for a year now and have always received excellent service and great coffee!
I have never in my life visited any kind of food or beverage establishment with this type of service. I have visited multiple times particularly in the last 6 months and this is what service I get; they are not serving food, out of bread items, no tea. I understand a business that a truck may not have arrived or something like that but to have these issues multiple times in a few months is absolutely insane.
