Lately this location on Arlington in Greenville NC has been very disappointing. I have to settle for whatever. Have to get ice coffee because the expresso machine is down . They are out of specialty milks. They are out of caramel. I have made it my business to go a few days back to back, and it didn't fail.. They were out of something. Takeisha is the absolute best! She makes my day brighter every time I see her and always treats everyone with such a kind heart and excellent service. I have been to this location almost every week for a year now and have always received excellent service and great coffee!
I have never in my life visited any kind of food or beverage establishment with this type of service. I have visited multiple times particularly in the last 6 months and this is what service I get; they are not serving food, out of bread items, no tea. I understand a business that a truck may not have arrived or something like that but to have these issues multiple times in a few months is absolutely insane.
