I’m not sure why the rating is so low but I just moved to Greenville a few months ago and this location / by far has been the best experience yet . I will drive 30 mins to this location if I have to because of this service and how well the food is made . I have NEVER had a horrible experience here ever visit has been a 10/10 . My order is always right and event if something is missing the employee would fix it with no notice nor attitude!! CFA has nothing on you all !
This review is more or less for the employees. Today it’s 95+ degrees, Heat Index 100+. Please get the air conditioner fixed ASAP. Your employees deserve better.
This is the best Dunkin’s I’ve been to so far. The staff is super sweet and patient. I ordered my regular coffee and it didn’t seem like the ones I ordered before. One of the ladies at the coffee bar immediately took my coffee and remade it with no questions asked. I felt awful for asking them to remake their masterpiece but they did so with grace and poise that you don’t see much these days in dining settings. This location used to be problematic, but I’ve actually come back after a year and didn’t even know you could do this, but I am editing my review. Five stars! The service is great and the drinks are delicious. Today I even messed up and sent my mobile order to the wrong location and they were very friendly and quick with helping me correct this to get back to work. This staff is top notch. I’m so glad these great kids work right down the road from me! They make my work day so much better
