The location couldn’t be better, and the service is consistently excellent. We’re especially grateful for it every Saturday morning when we’re right next door at the ice rink — it makes our early hockey days so much easier.
Great start to the morning! Great service, fast, and the cashier at the window had a very friendly demeanor. I also got a chuckle when he said “see you tomorrow morning” as I pulled off. Subtle advertising to say “come back soon!”
Ordered my food and waited over 20 mins and there was a full inside of people waiting for orders while the employees were prioritizing the drive thru orders. My bagel minis were cold.
By far the worst service I’ve ever gotten at Dunkin! Bunch of teens in there with an attitude and slow to give you your food or drinks.
Dani was such a courteous professional. Definitely an asset to this location! I like this Dunkin location better than all the locations in Greenville NC. Every time I order through the drive thru the cashiers (male and female ) are courteous, professional, get my order correct and greet me with the nicest smiles! I can’t say enough how much I enjoy this location.
