this is only dunkin i go to and the manager haylee is always so kind and has a smile on her face!
So I walked in to pick an order app and 3 out of the 5 employees were talking to each other and for a good 2 to 3 minutes. Nobody walked up to the counter to help me.
Girl in black shirt and glasses 10/24 11:55 took my order, while waiting she was heard audibly complaining that “these people need to move up” when we got the food it was cold, no napkins, no fork to eat my loaded hasbrowns with, terrible service she needs to find a job she doesn’t hate so much
