messed up drink and food order multiple times. my drink looks like more green tea than strawberry dragonfruit
The manager on duty today was so RUDE!! I had a coffee order that appeared to have something in it that did not belong. It looked like mold and the manager treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about and that they were "too busy of a store" for their products to have mold. I am a regular dunkin customer and do not appreciate being treated like that. Things happen, including mold regardless of usage. It could have been delivered from the supplier that way. Bought a dozen of donuts and a couple breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast sandwiches were very good. The heart donuts were hard. I don't know how many days they've been sitting there. But when you spend that much money you expect something edible
