They literally never answer the phone for ANY reason. U can even leave a message, and they absolutely will not return the call. I'm totally not sure what their hiring criteria is, but their help is absolutely, spectacularly lackadaisical at best and abhorrently abissmal at least. I used to get $100 gift cards there in the beginning. Not any more. U ask for their snacking bacon. Sometimes U will get an abundance of pieces and sometimes only 3. I quit when they discontinued the cake doughnuts and with the local store not making them on site it’s a better deal to go across the highway to the gas station because the price is a lot lower.
