I don't like leaving negative reviews because as customers we don't know the entire picture of what's going on any given time we go to a restaurant. That's not to say we should get bad service if they are short staffed or anything though. But this Dunkin is incredibly incompetent. The last four times I've come here I've asked for Munchkins and have been told they don't have any. At various times of the day, not right before close ever either. I came here at 11:25am on 10/10 drive thru. The male who took my order was nice but the woman in the green colored shoer hair taking my EXACT cash gave really rude tones to me and negative stares/body gestures. When I confronted her saying her attitude wasn’t necessary she pauses, stood there quiet and speechless. She didn’t even apologize, didn’t even say thank you while giving me my food like all the other workers from the times I been here.
