This place definitely lost the appeal that the old school. Dunkin donuts had. I wanted a mug of coffee in an actual ceramic mug with a dunker Old-fashioned cake donut, and I could not get either. My food was put into a bag and was promptly pushed the floor by the ventilation system when empty. I was told No Refill on coffee... I will not be back any time soon.
This location stays struggling on how to make a simple frozen coffee and constantly serving cold food. Half the staff always got a stank face as well. Never again after giving them 3 separate opportunities.
Acted as if I was doing them a disservice by visiting and attempting to order donuts at a donut shop. Imagine that.
