I’m really sorry, but I can’t help but sound unreasonably rude in this review.. I love DD, but it’s like the dumbest people in town all work at this place. I hadn’t been here in several months after having (seriously) maybe half a dozen consecutive incorrect orders in the drive through (I’m the moron for going back over and over, I know). My first trip back: the TWO cars in front of me took over ten minutes to get their drinks. Update: August 2025. Things sure have changed since my last visit. The employees here are awful. The shift "lead" is now yelling at the other employee. Such a bad experience. I'm just trying to buy some coffee- expired coffee at that. Incompetent. Thank you Mr. Arizona face mask drive-thru worker! Such a great attitude and awesome customer service! My munchkins (donut holes) were very very dry. I asked for 3 of them. Was told the smallest size was 5 so I said ok. When I got order, I paid for 5 but only got 3! I also asked for a glass of ice water with my espresso but only got a cup of ice ... Not impressed at all with this visit
